I at first had my house listed "for Sale by owner" that did not work. Steve came over and visited with us about listing our house. Listening to Steve was the absolute best thing I have done. He was honest and he did everything he said he would do and the house was sold for what he said we could sell it for. He listed the house on a Friday and it was sold on Tuesday. Steve and Donna work together and kept us informed of everything during the entire process. If I was looking at buy or selling another house I would be calling Steve and Donna.

STEVE and Donna were very knowledgeable throughout process. They always kept us informed with what was going on with offers, process etc. STEVE volunteered to have an open house every weekend until we received an offer which only took 28 days. STEVE and Donna always returned our calls very promptly. We also used them to purchase our new home as well. They also used an online process to sign contracts , documents etc. They also listed our house for sale on numerous different websites which helped it sell quickly. They both were very great to work with and come highly recommended.
